He was born on 01-Jan-1945 at edayar village for Apparu & Sugardadambal couples. He was named as Dhakshnamoorthy as he was born after many years of his parents prayer. He grew up & started schooling in the same village. He was highly talented and active person in his young age. He completed his PUC with 80%.He finished his co-operative training at Thanjavur and was posted as a sales person initially.
